Program terms
Short version: promote us honestly and we'll pay you reliably. The detail below exists because a handful of people have tried to game referral programs before.
Eligibility
- You must hold a verified MATE29 account and be 18 or over.
- Self-referral is not permitted. Referring your own second account voids both.
- Household members can refer each other, but only where each account is genuinely separate.
How commission is calculated
- Revenue share is 5% of your referral's net weekly turnover on real-money wagers.
- Bonus-funded wagers, cancelled rounds and voided bets are excluded from the calculation.
- Commission accrues Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 AEST and is paid the following Monday.
- There is no minimum payout threshold and no negative balance carried into the next week.
Promotion rules
- Never promote MATE29 to anyone under 18, or in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
- No spam. Unsolicited bulk messaging, comment spam and misleading ads terminate the account immediately.
- No bidding on "MATE29" or "mate29casino" in paid search — brand terms are reserved.
- Don't promise outcomes. "Guaranteed wins" style claims are both illegal and grounds for removal.
- Any advertising you place must carry an 18+ notice and a responsible gambling message.
Termination
We can suspend or close an affiliate account for fraud, abuse or breach of these terms. Commission earned legitimately before a suspension is always paid; commission derived from fraudulent activity is not. You can leave the program at any time, and any accrued balance is paid out in the next weekly run.
One thing we ask. You're introducing people to real-money gambling. Don't push it at someone who's told you they're trying to cut back, and don't dress it up as an income opportunity for them. The A$4 isn't worth a mate.
