The rules, in plain English

Six things that apply to every promotion on this page. No sub-clauses, no asterisks.

You can only have one bonus with wagering attached running on your account. Finish or forfeit it before claiming the next. Cashback and Lucky Draw tickets aren't bonuses — they run alongside whatever else you have going.

Every credit bonus on this page clears at 10× the bonus value or less. Pokies contribute 100% toward wagering. Live dealer tables contribute 10%, and we say so up front rather than burying it in clause 14.3.

While a bonus is active, individual spins are capped at A$5. This is standard across the industry to stop bonus funds being converted in one high-stakes spin. Go over it and the spin is voided, not your whole balance — we don't confiscate.

Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address and device. Duplicate accounts created to farm the welcome offer get closed and the bonus balance removed — though any deposits you made are always returned in full.
